It’s funny the way things work, but listings sometimes come in waves.  What I mean is, at times I might have only new homes listed, at other times, only older homes.  Somehow, it’s difficult at times to build a diverse book of listings.  Similar listings come in waves.

Right now, I seem to be attracting lots of acreage properties in and around Edmond.  I have a beautiful 3-acre home in the Deer Creek school district, and a builder’s home on just under 1 acre in the Edmond school district.  I’ve even got a big beautiful acreage in Blanchard!

In addition, I’ll be listing another home with a few acres in SE Edmond later this week.  So, if you’re looking for space to roam and a beautiful home, I’ve got a few beauties that you owe it to yourself to see.  Spring has sprung and with all these treed lots blooming, nature may be calling you    Check out this one in the Cedar Lake Estates addition of Edmond.
