This beautiful home sits on an over-sized lot with an under-sized fence.
Wow guys, those are some great ones! My thought was something along the lines of:
‘This home features the perfect yard for your mini-chahuahua’
That’s acutally a 5′ fence and a 25′ tall single-story building.
Razor wire for the security fence to be installed at closing….
“WARNING: Fence in yard is smaller than it appears”
or
“You must be this tall to live in this home”
