It’s been a busy week around here… the home buyers are out in full force and we’ve had more requests than normal for information about certain neighborhoods.  While researching the Copper Creek addition (SE corner of NW 178th & Penn) yesterday, I thought now would be a good time to post a summary of what’s selling, what’s not, and what’s new on the market in Copper Creek?
