			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well, if you&#8217;ve noticed my lack of posts lately, you&#8217;ve probably wondered if I fell into a pit somewhere.  Actually, that&#8217;s exactly what happened.  I fell into the same pit that so many of my clients do.  Yep, you guessed it&#8230; I moved.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve spend the past week or so in moving hell, and it&#8217;s refreshed my memory of the pains that so many of you have felt recently, or may be about to feel.  With that in mind, I think I&#8217;ll post a few pointers:</p>
<ul>
<li>Be organized &#8211; pack each room carefully marking boxes with specifics of what&#8217;s in them, and where they belong in the new home.</li>
<li>Keep your friends close &#8211; buy the beer, pizza, or whatever you have to, to motivate your friends to help you. </li>
<li>Be efficient &#8211; it&#8217;s really easy to get distracted as your loading or unloading, and turn a 2-hour job into a 6-hour job.  Stay focused.</li>
</ul>
<p>I have a lot more, but those are the basics to keep in mind, and let me say a BIG HUGE THANK YOU to all my friends and family who put their weekend on hold to help us get things taken care of.  We&#8217;re not settled yet, but we&#8217;re far closer than we ever could have been on our own.</p>
<p>Now, just so you all know, I won&#8217;t be moving again for many, many, many years!  <img src='http://blog.edmondoklahomesforsale.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As I said yesterday, it&#8217;s been a busy week around here&#8230; we&#8217;re in the midst of that time of year when <strong>buyers are out in full force looking for a new place to call home</strong>, and many home owners have it on their mind to get listed and take advantage of that buyer traffic.</p>
<p>As a result, I got a call this afternoon from a gentleman who lives in Fenwick, located between Penn and Western, North of NW 164th.  While researching the current sales and listings in Fenwick, I thought now would be a good time to post a summary of <strong>what’s selling, what’s not, and what’s new on the market in Fenwick.</strong></p>
<p>People always want to know <strong>“What did that house around the corner sell for”</strong> or “<strong>How much is that house on X street listed for?”  </strong>So, I designed this report to keep you up-to-date on inventory levels, then quarterly I’ll break down overall neighborhood pricing and compare it to the previous year.  This combination gives us all a real pulse on the health of the <a target="_blank" href="http://localism.com/ok/edmond/fenwick" title="More information about Fenwick in Edmond Oklahoma">Fenwick real estate</a> market.  Hopefully, it will be a useful resource for all of the current home owners, and those thinking about moving here.</p>
